WEY – We Empower You – is dedicated to building a system that enables individuals to empower each other to grow together. Our brand promise is divided into two sections: We Empower You and You Empower Two. Our developmental practices are centered around providing opportunities for skills to evolve and recognizing individuals to drive motivation.
We design our programs to align with these beliefs, with events such as “cleaning drives,” “health camps,” and “sports” that focus on identifying latent skills within individuals and promoting them by filling skill gaps in other projects. The second phase of our program provides recognition for individuals, motivating them to invite other skilled individuals from their community to join and extend the benefits.
Our ultimate goal is achieved when an individual is empowered to identify the skills of another, thus completing our promise. Though we are new to the scene, we recognize the vast amount of work that needs to be done. We have structured our task force into five verticals: Hunger, Health, Hygiene, Home, and Education.
As an organization, we plan to develop programs centered around these verticals to promote community development and empower our members.
WEY – An acronym for We Empower You, intends to build a system where one individual empowers another to grow together. Even though we are the new kid in the block, we sensed that there is a lot to be done, hence we thought of starting structured, planned, and in baby steps.
